Show variations as dropdowns

The theme automatically installs the plugin Variation Swatches for WooCommerce. By default that plugin replaces all variation dropdowns with buttons.

To display the native select boxes go to Swatches and disable Auto Dropdowns to Button

If you don’t need the color swatches at all just remove the plugin. Every plugin even if disabled may be loading extra scripts and disabling unnecessary plugins will improve the site performance.
